prepare a draft feasibility report for submission to the CWCB
which follows the outline given above, plus any additional
reporting requirements specified by the CWCB at the draft
report meeting. Following a review of the draft report, we
will meet with the CWCB to review their comments and then
finalize the report. Significant input will be required by
the Town of Oak Creek for preparation of Items 2 and 3, and
Chapters I, II, III, VI, and VII of the CWCB feasibility
report. The final feasibility and engineering reports will
serve as the basis for the final design work.

The CWCB has established general guidelines for the pre-
paration of feasibility reports which must be completed for
CWCB-funded construction projects. The guidelines indicate
that the following items will need to be included in a feasi-
bility report for Sheriff Reservoir:

1. Letter of Transmittal

2. Resolution of Applying Organization

3. Reports of Interested ~gencies

4. Chapter I, General Information

5. Chapter II, The District (or other type
of organization)

6. Chapter III, Water

a. Water requirements
b. Surface water supplY
c. Groundwater supply (if applicable)
d. Water rights
e. Water utilization
f. Water quality

7. Chapter IV, Plan of Development (i.e., for
this project, this chapter will be Plan of
Dam Safety Modifications)

a. Physical plan
b. Geologic and geotechnical investigations
c. Design
d. Structure plans
e. Permits

8. Chapter V, Estimated Costs

a. Costs of construction
b. Fund requirement schedule
c. Emergency operating fund
