Following a review of the draft report, we <br />will meet with the CWCB to review their comments and then <br />finalize the report. Significant input will be required by <br />the Town of Oak Creek for preparation of Items 2 and 3, and <br />Chapters I, II, III, VI, and VII of the CWCB feasibility <br />report. The final feasibility and engineering reports will <br />serve as the basis for the final design work. <br /> <br />The CWCB has established general guidelines for the pre- <br />paration of feasibility reports which must be completed for <br />CWCB-funded construction projects. The guidelines indicate <br />that the following items will need to be included in a feasi- <br />bility report for Sheriff Reservoir: <br /> <br />1. Letter of Transmittal <br /> <br />2. Resolution of Applying Organization <br /> <br />3. Reports of Interested ~gencies <br /> <br />4. Chapter I, General Information <br /> <br />5. Chapter II, The District (or other type <br />of organization) <br /> <br />6. Chapter III, Water <br /> <br />a. Water requirements <br />b. Surface water supplY <br />c. Groundwater supply (if applicable) <br />d. Water rights <br />e. Water utilization <br />f. Water quality <br /> <br />7. Chapter IV, Plan of Development (i.e., for <br />this project, this chapter will be Plan of <br />Dam Safety Modifications) <br /> <br />a. Physical plan <br />b. Geologic and geotechnical investigations <br />c. Design <br />d. Structure plans <br />e. Permits <br /> <br />8. Chapter V, Estimated Costs <br /> <br />a. Costs of construction <br />b.
