In February 1987, MKE was hired to perform the Feasibility Study <br />for enlarging Elkhead Lake Dam and Reservoir. <br /> <br />The following feasibility report contai~s chapters of general information <br />pertaining to the site, background information on the City of Craig, impact on <br />land resources, and the availability and use of water from the project. The <br />plan of development contained in Chapter V describes the existing site <br />conditions, summarizes geotechnical investigations, hydrologic analysis, and <br />alternati ves for enl argi ng the dam, and presents the selected feasi bil ity <br />design. The report concludes with chapters describing project costs and <br />benefits, economic analyses, and financing. The report has been prepared in <br />accordance with the guidelines issued by the CWCB. <br /> <br />- i i i - <br />
