Description of Selected Project <br /> <br />1 Water Rights <br /> <br />The Wadley Farms HOA owns 3 shares of Farmers' High Line Canal, shares of Signal <br />Ditch, and senior reservoir fill priorities as described in Appendix E. <br /> <br />2 Preliminary Design and Layout <br /> <br />The preliminary design of dam rehabilitation is described in the report prepared by <br />Rocky Mountain Consultants presented in Appendix F. As a part of this project, the <br />Wadley Farms HOA retained Hadley & Hollingsworth to prepare a geotechnical study <br />and specifications for construction of Wadley Reservoir No.3 (Appendix K). <br />Construction on tIns reservoir commenced in the Fall of 1995 and is how substantially <br />complete as described in the completion report (Appendix L). The Wadley Farms <br />HOA has expended approximately $54,000 and $15,000 on construction and <br />engineering services, respectively. <br /> <br />Costs to rehabilitate pump controls are estimated at $25,000 (Appendix M), Costs to <br />replace leaking valves and appurtenances in the distribution system are estimated at <br />$25,000. <br /> <br />3 Narrative Description <br /> <br />This project will consist of deepening Wadley Reservoir Nos. 1,2, and 3 by <br />excavation, Embankment crest widths and side slopes are to be improved to meet or <br />exceed current standards. Seepage problems are to be substantially reduced. Pumps <br />and motors that have deteriorated will be improved and flow meters installed. Pump <br />control and telemetry systems will be installed. Leaks in the distribution system will be <br />repaired, <br />
