<br />. shall be paid for by water usage fees and/or by a::i::ie::isments <br />on each lot. <br /> <br />The Association shall retain an hydrologist to review <br /> <br /> <br />on a yearly or more frequent basis water supplies from <br /> <br />storage, precipitation and runoff, .and the Farmers I Highli.:-:e <br /> <br />Canal. A watering schedule and/or statement of allowable <br /> <br />--------~ <br /> <br />weekly or monthly water usage shall be published no later <br /> <br /> <br />than May 1 of each year, and may be revised at various times <br /> <br /> <br />if conditions warrant. Any regulations shall be prominently <br /> <br /> <br />displayed in Association headquarters, and all property <br /> <br />owners will be mailed a copy of the regulations at the time <br /> <br />of their issuance. <br /> <br />Each Owner in the subdivision shall be fined $25.00 per <br />-- --_.".---~- <br /> <br />day, or such greater sum as set by the Board of Directors of <br /> <br /> <br />the As'sociation, by the Board of Directors for violating any <br /> <br />of the restrictions or regulations on use of water imposed <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />by this Declaration or adopted by the Association. The <br /> <br />fines imposed for violating any of the restrictions on use <br /> <br />of water shall constitute a lien on the Owner's property <br /> <br /> <br />like the lien for unpaid assessments. In the event of <br /> <br />continued violation of restrictions or regulations by an <br /> <br />Owner, the Association shall be empowered to shut off water <br /> <br />service to such Owner. The period of water shut-off, shall <br /> <br />depend on the severity of the offense as determined by the <br /> <br />Board of Directors of the Association in its discretion. <br /> <br />Section 4. Right to Regulate Water Use. All irrigation <br />water service shall be metered and shall be equipped with a <br />tamper-proof shut-off valve. The meter and valve shall be <br />placed in an area such that they are accessible to Association <br />personnel, and such personnel shall have the right to <br />inspect the meter and valve. at their discretion. <br /> <br />Section 5.
