The right to use <br /> <br />water from such well shall be an easement appurtenant to the <br /> <br />Lot and its benefits and burdens shall run with such lot on <br /> <br />which such well was drilled. <br /> <br />Section 2. Outside Irrigation. At such time as 80% of <br /> <br /> <br />the Lots are sold, Declarant shall convey to the Association <br /> <br />five shares of stock in the Farmer's Highline Canal & Reservoir <br /> <br />Company. These r,eservoirs will be used <br /> <br />to provide temporary and carry-over storage ~rom the water <br /> <br />supplied from the five shares of Farmers' Highline Canal <br /> <br />water.
