A sliding scale, with <br /> <br />.... ~ - -------- <br /> <br />increasing charges for increased use, may be established <br /> <br />by the Board of Directors. <br /> <br />Section 6. Reports to State Engineer. The Association <br /> <br /> <br />will report semi-annually to the State Engineer any known <br /> <br />violations of Article III of this Declaration. <br /> <br />ARTICLE IV <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL <br /> <br />Se.::tion 1. Architectural Control Committee: There is <br /> <br />htereby created the Wadley Farms Architectural Control <br /> <br />Co~nittee for the purpose of maintaining within the Property <br /> <br />a style and nature of building design that is homogeneous to <br /> <br />the area's physical setting. <br /> <br />Section 2. Membership: The Committee shall be composed <br /> <br />of Charles M. Goldben, 645 Delaware Street, Denver, Colorado <br /> <br />80204, or such other person or persons as he ~ay designate. <br /> <br />Subsequent to the sale of 80% of the Lots by Declarant, the <br /> <br />Committee shall be composed of three members and the Associa- <br /> <br />tion shall designate the members to serve on the Conunittee. <br /> <br />A majority of the Committee may designate a representative <br /> <br />to act for it. In the event of death or resignation of any <br /> <br />member of the Conunittee, the remaining members shall have <br />full power and authority to designate a successor. Neither <br /> <br />--------- <br /> <br />the members of the Conunittee, nor its designated representa- <br /> <br />tive, shall be entitled to any compensation for services <br />performed pursuant to this Declaration. <br /> <br />-7- <br />
