At full build.out the demand is estimated to be about <br /> <br />2460 afjyr including 1878 afjyr for 2566 residential units or abut 0.73 afjunitjyr. <br /> <br />Additionally, approximately 550 to 600 afjyr of treated effluent will be required to <br /> <br />irrigate the existing and 2nd golf course planned within the District Service Area. <br /> <br />Current annual residential water demands include about 350 afjyr and about 750 <br /> <br />gpm average and 950 gpm peak demand from potable water sources (Well A.l, A-2 <br /> <br />and A-3) and about 275 afjyr of treated effluent for golf course irrigation (see <br /> <br />Figures 3 through 7). <br /> <br />G. <br /> <br />Number of Customers <br /> <br />Existing and Future - Existing and future customers are indicated in Table 1. The <br />District presently provides service to about 498 homesites, about 38 acres of irrigated <br />parks and open space.
