The delineation of specific ownership of right-of-way around Reser-
voir No. IS has as yet not been completed. It appears that The
North Poudre Irrigation Company owns or has right to use all lands
upon which present facilities are constructed. It is contemplated
that in areas wherein proposed improvements will extend beyond these
limits, that additional right-of-way and/or easements may be re-
quired. for that reason an amount has been included within the
estimate to provide for future acquisition of these easements
and/or right-of-way.
