No revisions, agreements, <br />or concessions, as required by the Colorado St:ite ISngineer.s Office, the Colorado Water ConselVation <br />Board, or the United States Forest Service shall be made without prior approval by the City. The City <br />shall be notified and have the option to participate iJ1 any meetings between TEe and the Colorado State <br />Engineer's Office, the Colorado Water ConseIVaJion Board, and the United States Forest SelVice. <br />Further, TEe shall keep the City fully informed of any and ail communications between TEC, the <br />Colorado State Engineer's Office, and the United States Forest Service. <br /> <br />:,_... <br /> <br />FOlIowing the approval of the design documents by the Colorado State Engineer's Office, the Colorado' <br />Water Conservation Board, and the United States Forest Service, TEe shaH provide to the City: I) five <br />, complete sets of all design documents and complete bid doCllll1eIltS as per City specifications and 2) one <br />set of high-quaIity, unbound, reproducible design and bid documents. <br /> <br />Task 8 . Project Management. TEC, acting through the project manager, shall maintain close contact <br />with the City throughout the execution of this contract. A comprehensive monthly progress report shaIl <br />be prepared by TEC and forwarded to the City. Memoranda shall be generated following all meetings <br />between the City and TEC, or between the City and other involved agencies, to insure a clear <br />understanding between meetiiJg participants. Memotanda shall be distributed to the meeting participants <br />and the City. <br /> <br />This wk shall also include the preparation of the invoices and billing information in accordan;ce with <br />Article 3, Paragraph A of this project. <br /> <br />"'---' <br />
