TASK NO.: 1 <br />RFP CROSS-REFERENCE: <br />None <br /> <br />STAFF MEMBERS RESPONSIBLE: <br />Study Manager <br />Assistant Study Manager <br />Lead Professionals <br /> <br />TASK TInE <br /> <br />Preparation and Approval of Inception Report <br /> <br />RATIONALE: <br /> <br />The detailed approach, work plan and schedule contained in the proposal have <br />been discussed with the CWCB staff at which time the interests and <br />intentions of the CWCB, CRWCD, GMWCD and others involved in or affected <br />by the study have been refined and confirmed. <br /> <br />This process of PRC Engineering and the CWCB staff jointly reviewing and <br />refining our proposed work plan for the study will be typical of our approach <br />to the entire study. The intent is to produce a detailed proforma for <br />accomplishing the study that is understood and concurred in by all parties <br />involved. <br /> <br />METHODOLOGY: <br /> <br />I. Hold a pre-study conference with CWCB staff to obtain initial suggestions <br />regarding the general study plan outlined in this proposal. <br /> <br />2. Contact GM WCD and CR WCD personnel and other interested parties as <br />required to explain project objectives. <br /> <br />3. Review and evaluate all information available for the project study. <br /> <br />Ii. Expand and refine the study plan to provide a detailed outline for conducting <br />the study. Review with CWCB staff. <br /> <br />5. Obtain CWCB approval of the refined study plan. <br /> <br />PRODUCTS: <br /> <br />The approved Inception Report, which is the detailed guide for accomplishing <br />the study. <br /> <br />II-6 <br /> <br />Revised 9/23/1985 <br />
