This summary was prepared by the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board and includes extrapolations and analyses done by the CWCB staff using infonnation developed from the sources listed above, DescriDtion of the Proiect SDonsor The Town of Silt is an incorporated municipality governed by a seven-member Town Council. Selected demographic and economic characteristics are shown in Table 1.
