The conditions of final Board approval are: <br /> <br />a, Completion of a feasibility study and a determination that the project is feasible, <br /> <br />b. Staff evaluation of the Town's financial condition and ability to pay and, <br /> <br />c. That the Town is unable to obtain project financing through the Colorado Water <br />Resources and Power Development Authority, <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />, <br />As reported to the Board last November, the Town is proposing to construct a delivery system <br />to each water user in the Town to allow the use of raw (non-potable) water for outside lawn <br />and garden irrigation as an alternative to expanding the Town's existing water treatment plant. <br />The water treatment plant is reportedly operating at capacity in the summer months at the <br />present time. Water from existing irrigation ditches is the proposed source of supply, <br /> <br />e <br />
