All services performed and expenses incurred by the Contractor <br />shall be included within the fixed ~um payment of $200,000.00. <br />Such services and expenses shall include, but not be limited to, <br />professional and clerical services; travel, meals, lodging, and <br />incidental travel expenses; expenses for c.xpendable materials and <br />supplies; computer charges) expenses .for report preparation and <br />reproduction; direct and indirect overhead; and the firm's profit. <br /> <br />4.
