These prices are
an aggregate unit price which includes the cost for complete installation of
these materials.

Unit prices were obtained from cost data and construction bids completed for
similar projects. Obtained unit prices were updated and projected for 1987
construction. If construction, as is presently anticipated, is commenced during
the 1987 construction season, no escalation for future costs is required. A
summary of unit costs used for estimating project costs are shown below:

Unit Costs

Unit Price

Common Excavation
Fill for Dam Embankment
Stripping Existing Dam Embankment
Seeding
Rock Riprap
Bedding Material for Riprap
Topsoil
Erosion Control Matting
Extension of 20" DIP
Concrete (non-structural)

$3.00/cubic yard
$4.00/cubic yard
$3.00/cubic yard
$2,500.00/acre
$55 .OO/cubic yard
$10 .OO/cubic yard
$2.00/cubic yard
$2 .OO/squa re yard
$50.00/LF
$250 .OO/cubic yard

Estimated construction costs were calculated using the above unit prices and the
material quantities calculated for proposed improvements.
