Box 11568 <br />Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RE: 4-740 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Crandall: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Under date of December 2, 1965, you directed a com- <br />munication to me requesting a letter of intent from the state <br />of Colorado concerning the payment of non-federal costs for <br />the construction of separable facilities to serve recreation <br />and fish and wildlife under certain federal reclamation proj- <br />ects within the state of Colorado, pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Federal Water Project Recreation Act. The specific <br />projects mentioned in your letter were the Dolores and Animas- <br />La Plata. Since receipt of your letter we have received pre- <br />liminary information on the separable cost-sharing facilities <br />for the Dallas Creek and San Miguel Projects.
