A letter dated <br />February 21, 1966, Zrom the Governor of Colorado, expressing the intent <br />of the State to agree to administer and to share in the costs of the <br />recreation and fish and ,.ildlife enhancement facilities is attached. <br />The remaining project costs allocated to recreation and fish and <br />wildlife enhancement ($3,705,500) would be nonreimbursable. ~he cost <br />allocated to flood control ($1,182,000) also woulcl be nonreimbursable. <br /> <br />The propose,1 plan of development, as presented 11erein, is engineeringly <br />feasible and economically justified.
