<br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The Town of Starkvil1e is facing water shortages even for <br />domestic in-house usage. The current water supply is high in <br />turbidity and has a high bacteria count. The Town has limited <br />financing ability and must have several GRANTS to adequately <br />provide clean, safe drinking water to the community. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />It is recommended that the Town apply for various GRANTS <br />and LOANS to assist in rehabilitating their water system.
