The first ten tasks of the Phase II study have been completed. Following a

four (4) week period for City and public review of this Interim Report, the

public hearing will be held to receive final comments and input on the

Study. After final comments have been received, the Final Report will be

produced and presented to the City Council and Vater Board.

Tasks 2 through 10, above, were conducted in sequence during the Phase II

study. Public participation (Task 1) was integrated into the work effort

throughout the study. This report is organized in a similar manner in that

it presents a sequential discussion of the results from the individual

tasks.
