RESOLUTION

WH~REAS, the 'l'own of Coal Creek has the powers granted by

I\rticle XIV. Sect'ion 18 (2) (a) and (2) (b) of the Colorado Con-

stitution and t,he provisions of Part 2, l'~rticle 1 of Title 29 of

the Colorado Revised statutes of 1973, as amended; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Coal Creek has and may exercise the powers

granted to it by "the State of Colorado to provide ,"vater service to

the residents of its service area; and

WHEREAS, the Town of Coal Creek has determined that it is in

its best interests to participate in the construction and operation

of a water collection, storage, treatment and distribution system

to serve the Tow~of Coal Creek and Williamsburg and the City of

Florence,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

1) That the Town of Coal Creek shall execute the Agreement

atta.ched hereto as Exhibit "A", and

and empowered to execute such Agreement on behalf of the Tm.m of
