In reality, daily water requirements vary somewhat during a
month like July, 1980, whicll was hot and dry. On some days the daily
requirement will be a bit greater than 0.91 cfs, and on some days, ~ess.
FlRlquently municipal water supply systems have a relatively sina1l
amount of raw water storage whlch is used to even out such daily
variations in water requirements. Florence:s South Field raw water
reservoir lUlls in this capacity.

2. City of Florence

Florence needs to acquire additional water supply to satisfy its year 2015
average water requirement of 3,345 acte-feet per year. By the year
2015, Florence needs to acquire either 463 Union Ditch shares, m: 117
Fremont County Ditch shares, in additional to the shares that the City
now owns. By the year 2040 Florence needs to acquire either.637 Union
Ditch shares, m: 161 Fleemont County Ditch shares in addition to the
shares that the City now owns.

3.
