<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.9) Along with the ARWRF and the A-LJWCD, describe the Conceptual Plan and the <br />Design Plan with each participant before and during the restoration effort, making certain <br />that the participant understands the process. <br /> <br />This will involve: <br />A) Hold landowner meetings, show videos and Powerpoint presentations, if <br />necessary, to describe the project's reach by reach design to participants as outlined <br />in the Conceptual Plan and the Design Plan for the Alamosa River. <br /> <br />B) Walk the construction area with the participant and agree on the location of the <br />proposed fencing and restored river sites. Make sure that the participant is completely <br />knowledgeable of the process. <br /> <br />C) Secure participants' cooperation and signatures on all needed contracts, <br />agreements, such as the L-DP A and the LAA, as well as other documents created by <br />the engineers, contractors, involved agencies, and monitoring crews. <br /> <br />2.10) Provide assistance to the engineers, contractors, and other agencies during the survey, <br />construction, and monitoring phases, assuring that information and materials are supplied and <br />making certain that permission is granted by the participant <br /> <br />2.11) Offer recommendations, services, and technical assistance when needed and where <br />qualified. <br />2.12) Manage the data collected during the monitoring phase. Assure that the data is filed <br />with the correct agencies. <br /> <br />Other individuals may be employed during the restoration process to assist the coordinator and the <br />project. These funds are mentioned in the budget under Salary/Fringe (Personnel Support). Wages <br />are set at an hourly rate of $ll.OO/hr.. Training will be offered to either the coordinator or other <br />committee members to further the understanding of the restoration process. This cost is included <br />in personnel support. <br /> <br />Product: Coordinator <br /> <br />TASK 3: Project administration, which includes tracking matches and funds for the project and <br />issuing progress reports. The ARWRP Coordinator will be the correspondent with the grant <br />administration agencies and responsible for submitting reimbursement requests. <br /> <br />Product: (Administration) of project, 2 years. <br />Units & Cost: 727 hours for 3 years or 242 hours/year @ $11.00/hr. <br /> <br />TOTAL: $ 8,000.00.
