<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1.5) Reviewing and approving budgets, proposals, and contracts which deal with the project. <br /> <br />1.6) To hold and organize meetings on a regular basis so that information can be shared and <br />functions can continue. <br /> <br />1.7) To review and approve the disbursements and reimbursements of the grant funds. <br /> <br />1.8) To be actively involved in the restoration process, promoting the effort, and donating <br />time and energy to accomplish the goals set forth by the ARWRP and this grant. <br /> <br />Product; AR WRF Board of Directors <br />TOTAL COST: $300.00 Filingfees. FUNDING SOURCE; $300.00 CWCB <br /> <br />TASK 2. Appoint a project coordinator. <br /> <br />The ARWRF Board of Directors, along with the A-LJWCD will hire a project coordinator who will <br />be employed to administer the daily functions of the restoration project. The coordinator will assist <br />the ARWRF and the A-LJWCD in seeing that the goals, objectives, tasks, and BMPs set by the <br />ARWRP Committee and this grant are achieved. <br /> <br />Other responsibilities include: <br />2.1) Work under the authority and guidelines of the A-LJWCD, the ARWRF Board of <br />Directors, and the Articles and Bylaws set forth by the ARWRF Corporation. <br /> <br />2.2) Collaborate with the A-LJWCD and the Treasurer of the ARWRF in tracking the funds <br />of the project including the in-kind cash or time donations. <br /> <br />2.3) Be the contact person with the Grant Administrators. <br /> <br />2.4) Be responsible for the productions of a bi-annual progress report, which is required by <br />the Grant Administrators and the Grant Process. <br /> <br />2.5) Attend meetings organized by the Board of Directors and update the Board on the <br />progress of the project. <br /> <br />2.6) Produce and update a bi-annual newsletter and any other presentations which will keep <br />the public informed of the progress of the project. <br /> <br />2.7) Attend meetings or classes which will benefit the restoration effort. <br /> <br />2.8) Maintain communication with other agencies, engineers, contractors, and individuals <br />who will be involved with the project. This includes communications with the landowners <br />and ditch owners along the Alamosa River. <br /> <br />Page -7- <br />
