<br />18. 5HOTCRETE AND PATTERN ROCK BOLTS <br /> <br />All equipment, labor, and materials to install approximately 85 iineal feet of pattern rock bolts and placing a 3" <br />nominal layer of shotcrete from approximately spring line to spring line in various areas between Stations 20+00 <br />and 52 + 73. The work includes installing approximately 70.6' long rock bolts with associated nuts, bearing <br />plates, 28 mine straps, and placing approximately 20 yards' of shotcrete. <br /> <br />This item shall be paid for on the following basis: <br /> <br />A. Rock Bolts and All Accessories: Per rock bait installed and accepted by the Engineer. <br /> <br />B. Mine Straps: Per mine strap installed and accepted by the Engineer. <br /> <br />C. 5hotcrete: Per cubic yard placed and accepted by the Engineer. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />TRASH RACK AND STEEL DOOR <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Furnish all equipment, labor, and materials to fabricate and install a trash rack and steel door at the eastern <br />tunnel portal. The door will be designed to limit unauthorized access, but allow periodic equipment access for <br />maintenance and inspection. <br /> <br />This item will be paid for on a lump sum basis. <br /> <br />20. REPAIR DEFLECTION WALL <br /> <br />All equipment, labor, and materials to repair the exiting deflection wall outside the eastern portal. The work <br />includes placing approximately 20 yards' of shotcrete on the existing concrete walls, placing approximately 60 <br />yards' of grouted riprap, and placing 45 yards' of riprap in stilling basin. <br /> <br />A. Shotcrete: Per cubic yard basis for shotcrete placed and accepted by the Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />This item shall be paid for on the following basis: <br /> <br />B. Grouted Riprap: Per cubic yard basis in.place for grouted riprap placed and accepted by the <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />C. Riprap: Per cubic yard basis in.place. <br /> <br />21. REGRADE AND RESTORE STAGING AREA AND ACCESS ROAD <br /> <br />I <br />I, <br />I <br />, <br />, <br />I <br /> <br />All equipment, labor, and materials to regrade and revegetate the access road and the staging area.
