At the request of the Stewart Ditch and Irrigation Company an ini-

tial study. following the June, 1986 landslide. was prepared by

Hydro-Triad, Ltd. The study entitled "Phase I Report. Stewart Ditch

Slides. Paonia, Colorado", Was prepared for the Stewart Ditch and

I

I rrigation Company to provide a rapid assessment of the extent of

I

damage, poss i ble cause of failure. and a brief analysis of remedial

measures and preliminary cost estimates. This report was completed by

I

Hydro-Triad, Ltd. in September, 1986.

D. Phase II Report

Following the review of the Phase I Report by the Stewart Ditch

and Irrigation Company and the Colorado Water Conservation Board a
