Under the revised plan, the total work to be performed was separated <br />into II major tasks. In turn, the tasks were subdi vided into specific steps, methods <br />were specified and end products of each task were identified, <br /> <br />During the course of the study, the consultant undertook additional tasks not <br />specifically listed in the plan of study. One such task was to prepare an interim <br />report on progress and findings up to mid-March 1986, The report served as a basic <br />document at a workshop meeting in Cedaredge, Colorado on April 19, 1986, Repre- <br />sentatives from various organizations and interests, affected by the plan's imple- <br />mentation for improved irrigation, participated. <br /> <br />1-2 <br />
