The 600 shares of stock in the Company <br />are held by 281 individual shareholders, with the number of shares held varying <br />from..a minimum of 1/10 share to a maximum of 15 shares. These stockholders, <br />eith~r,tndividual~i, partnerships, or corporations, own a total of 258 holdings <br />presently being irrigated with Company water. Three additional stockholder~owned <br />farms are irrigated by well water entirely. The total number of farms is 261. <br />Acreage irrigated averages 145 acres per holding.
