(a) Subject to the provisions of paragraph 6(b) <br />below, the return flows of the water used pursuant to the <br />County Users Pool will be returned to the same stream segment <br />from which it was diverted as shown in Table 1. <br /> <br />(b) The return flows resulting from the use of <br />the 85 consumptive acre feet of the County Users Pool <br />allocated to the Blue River stream segment above willow Creek <br />may be returned at or above the Dillon/Silverthorne Joint <br />Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
