These <br /> <br />amounts are cumulative in that depletions occurring in <br /> <br />upstream segments have 'been included in the maximum depletions <br /> <br />for downstream segments. The County may elect to use the <br /> <br />consumptive use amounts allocated to upstream segments in <br /> <br /> <br />downstream mainstem segments as long as the depletions to any <br /> <br /> <br />given segment do not exceed the maximum consumptive use listed <br /> <br />for that segment.
