<br />\ <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br /> <br />APPENDIX C <br /> <br />Terms and Conditions of <br />Water Allocation in the Lower <br />Blue River Basin <br /> <br />The Board and the County agree that insofar as the <br /> <br />conditions set forth in paragraph l(c) (1) in the body of the <br /> <br />Agreement are employed, then: <br /> <br />1. The County Users Pool may be allocated by the <br /> <br />County to various contractees in the Lower Blue River Basin <br /> <br />in annual consumptive' use amounts by stream reaches not to <br /> <br />exceed those described in Table lof this Appendix C. <br /> <br />2. During each of the months of October through <br /> <br />March, the maximum consumptive use of-water from the County <br /> <br />Users Pool for any given stream segment shall be no greater <br /> <br />than 1/12 of the total allocated to that segment in Table 1 of <br /> <br />this Appendix C. <br /> <br />3. The County Users Pool shall not be used for <br /> <br />snowmaking purposes either directly, by exchange, or by <br />delivery through a municipal or domestic water supply system. <br /> <br />4. The County Users Pool may be used for any <br /> <br />purpose other than snowmaking. <br /> <br />
