Legal description of the stream segment through which <br />an instream flow is claimed. <br /> <br />The natural stream channel from the confluence of <br />Bennett Creek in the SW/4 SE/4, Sec. 29, T39N, RSE, <br />N.M.P.M. as the upstream terminus and extending to the <br />Del Norte Pipeline in the SW/4 NW/4, Sec. 15, T39N, <br />R5E, N.M.P.M. as the downstream terminus, being a <br />distance of approximately 3.0 miles. Use of the water: <br /> <br />Instream flow to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree. <br /> <br />6. The Colorado Water Conservation Board first applied the <br />water to the above beneficial use on March 9, 1994, under the <br />provisions of C.R.S.
