Glenmoor Country Club, Inc.
Case No. 95 CW 198A
Page 6

C. The maximum amount of water which may be used for augmentation purposes
under the Denver Lease will be 60 acre-feet per month or 150 acre-feet in any calendar year, unless
the Denver Lease and this augmentation plan are amended. Out-of -priority diversions may occur
at a rate not to exceed 10 c.f.s.

D. Glenmoor is entitled to use, reuse, and successively use all return flows
resulting from the use of reusable water available to Glenmoor pursuant to this plan for
augmentation, including use by substitution and exchange, for irrigation, recreation, fish and wildlife
and aesthetic uses on and around the golf course, subj ect to the terms of the Denver Lease.

E, Glenmoor shall account for its consumptive use of water and the return flows
from golf course irrigation in the following manner:

(1) ,A portion of the water applied to irrigation on the Glenmoor County
Club returns to the stream as surface and sub-surface return flows. Fifteen percent (15%) of the
water applied to irrigation on the Club becomes return flow. Thirteen percent (13%) of the irrigation
application percolates to the ground water table and returns to the stream on a lagged basis. Two
'percenC(2%)oftheimgation wa:tera1J15!icationreturns-to'the-stream assurface-runoff-during -the
month of application. These return flows accrue to the Glenmoor Ponds on the Glenmoor County
Club property. Through the accounting procedure set forth below, Glenmoor shall quantify the
return flows resulting from irrigation of the County Club property.

(2) Glenmoor may claim credit for 2% of the water applied to irrigation
during the month of application as surface return flow. Glenmoor may claim credit for 13% of the
water application on a lagged basis as ground water return flow. The lagging of this return flow shall
be according to the Glover lagging factors in E"hibit C.

(3) Physical availability of golf course irrigation return flows shall be
determined by water accounting at the Glenmoor Ponds. Glenmoor may not claim irrigation return
flows in excess of the unmeasured water gains accruing to the Glenmoor Ponds. Actual monthly
unmeasured water gains to the Glenmoor Ponds will be evaluated with a water balance calculation.
Net unmeasured water gains are equal to the measured outflows, minus measured inflows, plus the
change in stor.age of the Glenmoor Ponds.
'"

6
