<br />,Glenmoor Country Club, Inc. <br />Case No. 95 CW 198A <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />(1) Reusable effluent from the MetroDolitan Wastewater Trcatn.Efit Plm.t <br />Reclamation District outfall, located on the east bank of the South Platte River near the confluence <br />of the South Platte River and Sand Creek as determined by available flow from the Denver Water <br />Board's Daily Operation Sheets; and <br /> <br />(2) Reusable effluent from the Bi-Cit~y Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />outfall, located on the east bank of the South Platte River approximately 1.4 miles downstream from <br />the confluence of Bear Creek and the South Platte River as determined by available flow on the <br />Denver Water Board's Daily Operation Sheets. , <br /> <br />8. Glenmoor's plan for augmentation will operate in the following manner: <br /> <br />A. Glenmoor will divert water out-of-priority at the Greenwood Gulch Pumping <br />Plant and the Glenmoor Ditch and store water out-of-priority in the Glenmoor Ponds for use on 120 <br />acres which comprises the Glenmoor Golf Course and Country Club; located in the East half of <br />- Section 12, T.5S., R.68W., 6th P.M., Arapahoe County, Colorado. Glenmoor shall augment its out- <br />of:p.r:i.c>rilJ depleti()nsby releases of Reusable Return Flows or Raw Water by Denver pursuant to <br />the Denver Lease. -_..~- -- '--..,-'--------- --- m 0.,- " <br /> <br />B. No augmentation is required under this plan for Glenmoor's diversion, <br />storage, or reuse pursuant to the Denver lease of the Reusable Return Flows in Greenwood Gulch. <br />Glenmoor may divert, store and reuse at the Greenwood Gulch PUmping Plant, Glenmoor Ditch, <br />and in the Glenmoor Ponds water which is characterized'as the Reusable Return Flows only upon <br />the quantification of those return flows by Denver in a subsequent Water Court case or the approval <br />of the use of such water by the State or Division Engineers; provided that until such Water Court <br />approval has been obtained, and subject to the approval of the State or Division Engineers, Glenmoor <br />may take credit for no more than 15% of the Denver water delivered into Denver's service area in <br />the Greenwood Gulch drainage as Reusable Return Flows. Such administrative determination bv <br />the State or Division Emdneers shall be effective onlv until oermanent Water Court aooroval has <br />been obtained, Each month, Glenmoor will separately account for its use and reuse of the Reusable <br />Return Flows in Greenwood Gulch to distinguish them from diversions and storage under the priority <br />system and pursuant to this augmentation plan. Until the Reusable Return Flows are quantified by <br />Denver in a judicial proceeding or by administrative determination of the State or Division <br />Engineers, water in Greenwood Gulch which is diverted or stored by Glenmoor shall not be <br />characterized as Reusable Return Flows. <br /> <br />5 <br />
