'( /'. 4~ That Objector, Beaver Park Water, Inc., successor to Beaver Park Water Users, owns water rights having Middle Beaver Creek as the source of supply. 5. That the said claim for appropriation is made under the provisions of C.R.S. 1973. 37-92-102 (3). 37-92-103-(3), 37-92-103 (4) and 37-92-103 (10). 6. That on May 27, 1977, Applicant and Objector filed a Stipulation wherein the aforesaid Statement of Opposition was withdrawn subject to certain .conditions which will be summarized in the Referee's Ruling hereinafter to be made. 7~ That Applicant has furriished acceptable proof as to cla~ms made. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AS FOLLOWS, That Applicant be, and is hereby, awarded an absolute surface water right, to-wit: NAME AND ADDRESS: The Colorado Water Conservation Board 1845 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 WATER RIGHT NAME OF DITCH, SPRING, OR OTHER STRUCTURE: MIDDLE BEAVER CREEK. LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PLACE OF USE: Middle Beaver Creek from its headwaters to its confluence with West Beaver Creek, a distance of approximately five miles, and all located in Teller County, colorado. SOURCE QF WATER: A natural stream as described and being tr1butary to the Arkansas River.
