<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That Applicant herein

<br />recognizes, and agrees, that it is subject to any and all

<br />senior vested water rights held by Beaver Park Water, Inc.,

<br />and that the right herein awarded is junior to any such
<br />senior rights.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDEREO'That Applicant shall install

<br />and maintain such water measu~ement devices, recording devices,
<br />
<br />content gauge~ and inlet and outlet measurement and recordi~g
<br />devices, as the case may be, as are deemed essential by the
<br />
<br />Office of the State Engineer, and the same shall be installed
<br />
<br />and operated in accordance with instructions from said Office.
<br />
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That copies of this ruling
<br />
<br />shall be mailed as provided by statute.
