<br />. <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for <br />Water Division 5 has translated the segment thus described <br />into approximate protracted section, township, and range <br />locations from U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream <br />terminus in the NW/4 SW/4 S24 T6S R77W 6th P.M.; more spe- <br />cifically at a point whence the NE corner of said section <br />bears S43 OOW a distance of 4,025 ft; downstream terminus <br />in the SW/4 NE/4 S7 T6S R77W 6th P.M.; more specifically at <br />a point whence the NW corner of said section bears S64 OOE <br />a distance of 4,000 ft. <br /> <br />c. (1) Date of initiation of appropriation: March 14, 1986. <br /> <br />(2) Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first <br />applied to beneficial use on March 14, 1986, pursuant to S <br />37-92-103(4), C.R.S. (1973). <br /> <br />(3) How appropriation was initiated: By applicant's <br />approval of its staff's final recommendations at a regu- <br />larly scheduled meeting, subsequent to having requested and <br />considered recommendations from the Division of Wildlife, <br />and the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. <br /> <br />d. Amount of water claimed: <br /> <br />Instream flow of 6.0 c.f.s. absolute. <br /> <br />20.a. Name of natural stream: Snake River. (Original Case No. <br />86 CW 224) <br /> <br />b.
