For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for Water Division S has translated the segment thus described into approximate protracted section, township, and range locations from U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream terminus in the SW/4 NE/4 S7 T6S R77W 6th P.M.; more spe- cifically at a point whence the NW corner of said section bears S64 ODE a distance of 4,000 ft. c. (1) Date of initiation of appropriation: March 14, 1986. (2) Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first applied to beneficial use on March 14, 1986, pursuant to S 37-92-103(4), C.R.S. (1973). (3) How appropriation was initiated: By applicant's approval of its staff's final recommendations at a regu- larly scheduled meeting, subsequent to having requested and considered recommendations from the Division of Wildlife, and the Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation. d.
