This segment can be located on <br />the Frisco U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for <br />Water Division S has translated the segment thus described <br />into approximate protracted section, township, and range <br />locations from U.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upstream <br />terminus in the SW/4 NE/4 S7 T6S R77W 6th P.M.; more spe- <br />cifically at a point whence the NW corner of said section <br />bears S64 ODE a distance of 4,000 ft. <br /> <br />c. (1) Date of initiation of appropriation: March 14, 1986. <br /> <br />(2) Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first <br />applied to beneficial use on March 14, 1986, pursuant to S <br />37-92-103(4), C.R.S.
