This segment can be <br />located on the Vail Pass U.S.G.S. quadrangle(s). <br /> <br />For administrative purposes only, the Division Engineer for <br />Water Division 5 has translated the segments thus described <br />into approximate protracted section, township, and range <br />locations from O.S.G.S. mapping as follows: upper terminus <br />in the NW/4 SE/4 S8 T65 R79W 6th P.M.; more specifically at <br />a point whence the S/4 cOrner of 533 TS5 R78W bears 574 30W <br />a distance of 34,150 ft., downstream terminus in the 5E/4 <br />NE/4 529 T65 R79W 6th P.M.; more specifically at a point <br />whence the S/4 corner of 533 TSS R78W bears 521 OOW a dis- <br />tance of 25,700 ft. <br /> <br />c. (1) Date of initiation of appropriation: March 14, 1986. <br /> <br />(2) Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first <br />applied to beneficial use on March 14, 1986, pursuant to S <br />37-92-103(4), C.R.S.
