Q. Will the spillway be upgraded regardless? Who would fund this effort? A. Would upgrade spillway only if we needed the full 3.300 af. Parks would be responsible for payment. result could possibly be 3.300 af or more. depending on situation. 2. Q. What type of a release schedule would be available? A. Would definitely be able to release in June. possibly more than 2.000 af because of high flows. This would depend on the water supply each year. It may be difficult to release all 2.000 or 3.300 af in the fall if it was a dry year. This would impact recreation. Winter should not be a problem for releases. ';:1 ?'I 3. Q. What about single year v. multi-year leases? A. Contracts made on a single year basis could or lower depending on the market for water. contacts would lock in an agreed price. 'I lJ 4. Q.
