<br />Draft 4 <br /> <br />,'. <br /> <br />8.3 Duties and ResponRibilities of the Administrator. The <br />duties and responsibilities of the Mninistrator shall <br />include the following: <br /> <br />a. Review all developnent permits to determine that the <br />permit requiranents of this ordinance have been <br />satisfied. <br /> <br />b. Review all developnent permits to determine that all <br />necessary permits have been obtained fran Federal, , <br />State, or other local govemmental agencies fran <br />which prior approval is required. <br /> <br />c. Review all developnent permits to determine if the <br />proposed developnent is located in the Floodway. If <br />located in the floodway, assure that the <br />encroachment provisions of Section _ are met. <br /> <br />d. Review all developnent permits to determine if the <br />proposed developnent adversely affects the flood <br />carrying capacity of the area of special flood <br />hazard. The clJllulative effect of the proposed <br />developnent, when canbined with all other existing <br />and anticipated developnent, shall not increase the <br />water surface elevation of the base flood more than <br />one foot at any point. <br /> <br />e. Maintain for public inspection all records and files <br />pertaining to the provisions of this ordinance, <br />including actual elevation(s) of construction and <br />developnent in the floodplain; floodproofing <br />certifications; and any interpretations made as to <br />the exact location of the boundaries of the areas of <br />special flood hazards. <br /> <br />f. Issue a developnent permit for any proposal which he <br />finds to be in conformance with the requiranents of <br />these regulations. <br /> <br />8.4 St.anda rds for Fl ooC\pl am ~e1ognent Permit l\p1)roval. In <br />addition to the developnent standards and requiranents <br />contained herein, the Floodplain Mninistrator shall <br />determine the specific flood hazard at the site and shall <br />evaluate the suitability of the proposed use in relation <br />to the flood hazard. In addition, although not limited <br />to such factors, the Administrator shall consider the <br />fOllowing factors: <br /> <br />a.
