This is the. total amQunt the City currently- - has in its Capital Reserve Fund (or wastewater. The City also has planned a program beginning in 1989 to evaluate, and prioritize the maintenance needs in the sewer collector system. After the initial evaluation the program will become an annual project, (unded by user ~ee~. The evaluatio~program has been budgeted in 1989 at $25,000. This lncludes the purchase o( capital equipment necessary to conduct the evaluations. .
