Each community will be'involved in considerable <br />water quality and wastewater treatment (acility projecta to meet <br />compliance mandates by the year 1991. . <br />The City o( Fort Lupton has one project in 1988 which will up-grade <br />their wastewater plant brining it into compliance. The cost o( the <br />project exceeds $200,000. This is the. total amQunt the City currently- - <br />has in its Capital Reserve Fund (or wastewater. The City also has <br />planned a program beginning in 1989 to evaluate, and prioritize the <br />maintenance needs in the sewer collector system. After the initial <br />evaluation the program will become an annual project, (unded by user <br />~ee~. The evaluatio~program has been budgeted in 1989 at $25,000.
