'Attached to this application is a letter senl to the City of <br />Fort Lupton from the State H~alth Department. This same letter waS sent <br />t.o the cities and towns participating in t.his project, with the exception <br />of the City of Evans. the reason they did not receive this compliance <br />order is due to the fact that t.hey utilize the Greeley water supply, at <br />this time. for their domestic water use. All cities are und8r this <br />mandate with respect to the high nilrate problems encountered by shallow <br />well users.
