<br />WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain information in said new report for the stream reaches <br />listed in Table 7 was the official floodplain informlltion for the Town of Parker for the purposes of the <br />National Flood Insurance Program from July 4,1989 until February 2,1996, for those stream reaches <br />only, previously met all of the requirements for detailed information listed under the Board's "Rules <br />and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater <br />Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), but became outdated and superseded after February 2, <br />1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate floodplain information in said new report for the stream reach <br />listed in Table 8 was the official floodplain informiltion for the Town of Parker for the purposes of the <br />National Flood Insurance Program from July 4, 1989 until February 2, 1996, for that stream reach <br />only, previously met all of the requirements for approximate information listed under the Board's <br />"Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or <br />Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1), but became outdated and superseded after <br />February 2,1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the Colorado Water Conservation Board has determined that once <br />the amendments described in Tables 4 and 5 have been made to Resolutions Nos. 96-428 and 96-429, <br />the previously designated detailed and approximate floodplain information contained in Resolutions <br />Nos. 268, 96-428 and 96-429 needs to remain in effect; and <br /> <br />DESIGNATION. APPROVAL AND RESCISSION ACTION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Northglenn, ColoradO, this 26th day of January, 2000, that it does hereby. <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplam infonnation the 100-year floodplains in said new report, <br />revised July 4, 1989, for the study reaches listed in Table 2 and does hereby designate and approve as <br />approximate floodplain information the 100-year floodplains as described by the delineations in said <br />new report, revised July 4,1989, for the study reaclllisted in Table 3; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby formally acknowledge the <br />detailed floodplain information contained in said jlew report pertaining to the reach of Cheny Creek <br />listed in Table 6 as the official floodplain information for the Town of Parker for the purposes of the <br />National Flood Insurance Program, for that stream reach only, for the time period from July 4, 1989 <br />until March 2, 1993 and does hereby rescind said floodplain information retroactively after March 2, <br />1993; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby formally acknowledge the <br />detailed and approximate floodplain information contained in said new report pertaining to the reaches <br />of Jordan Road Tributary, Newlin Gulch and Sulphur Gulch listed in Tables 7 and 8 as the official <br />floodplain information for the Town of Parker for the purposes of the National Flood Insurance <br /> <br />7 <br />
