<br />Program, for those stream reaches only, for the time period from July 4,1989 until February 2,1996 <br />and does hereby rescind said floodplain information retroactively after February 2, 1996; and <br /> <br />, <br />i <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIffiR RESOLVED that the Board does hereby rescind the detailed floodplain <br />information contained in Resolution No. 96 pertaining to the stream reaches listed in Table 2 and the <br />detailed and approximate floodplain information contained in Resolutions Nos. 164 and 288 pertaining <br />to the stream reaches listed in Tables 2 and 3; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIffiR RESOLVED that the Board does hereby amend Resolution No. 96-429 <br />to correct the clerical error substituting Tallman Gulch for Tallman Gulch Tributary, as listed in Table <br />4, and to include the inadvertently omitted reach of Sulphur Gulch, as listed in Table 5; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIffiR RESOLVED that the Board does hereby leave Resolutions Nos. 268, 96- <br />428 and 96-429 fully in force, with the amendments described above and in Tables 4 and 5 duly noted; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIffiR RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the Town of Parker; Douglas County; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District; the Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Northglenn, Colorado, on the 26th day of January, 2000, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />'?~~.~ <br /> <br />Peter H.
