<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed and approximate floodplain information for
<br />streams within unincorporated portions of the Mesa County, as they were on September 15, 1992,
<br />including the Gunnison River; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Mesa County, by
<br />Resolution No. 92-330, adopted on September IS, 1992, designated and approved the detailed
<br />floodplain information included in said report and rescinded that portion of Resolution No. 79
<br />relating to the Colorado River and Horizon Drive Channel only within unincorporated portions
<br />of Mesa County, as they were on July IS, 1992; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, under contract to
<br />the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report entitled
<br />"Flood Insurance Study, Delta County, Colorado, Unincorporated Areas", dated August 19, 1991;
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed and approximate floodplain information for
<br />streams within unincorporated pol,'tions of Delta County, as they were on August 19, 1991, which
<br />revised the detailed information contained in Resolutions Nos. 168 and 222 for the Gunnison
<br />River; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Delta County, by
<br />Resolution No. 93-339, adopted on March S, 1993, designated and approved the detailed
<br />floodplain information included in said report and rescinded those portions of Resolutions Nos.
<br />168 and 222 relating to the Gunnison River from its confluence with the Uncompahgre River
<br />upstream a distance of approximately 1.8 miles, within unincorporated portions of Delta County,
<br />as they were on August 19, 1991; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District, under contract to
<br />the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain information report entitled
<br />"Flood Insurance Study, City of Delta, Colorado, Delta County", dated August 19,1991; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report included detailed floodplain information for streams within the
<br />corporate limits of the City of Delta, as they were on August 19, 1991, which revised the detailed
<br />information contained in Resolutions Nos. 168 and 231 for the Gunnison River; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board,. as requested by the City of Delta,
<br />by Resolution No. 93-340, adopted on March S, 1993, designated and approved the detailed
<br />floodplain information included in said report and rescinded those portions of Resolutions Nos.
<br />168 and 231 relating to the Gunnison River from its confluence with the Uncompahgre River
<br />upstream to the U.S. Highway SO bridge at Delta, within the corporate limits of the City of Delta,
<br />as they were on August 19, 1991; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Floodplain Information Report, Gunnison River, From
