<br />Delta to the Confluence With the Colorado River", dated March 1995 and revised April 1996, . <br />has been prepared by the Colorado Water Conservation Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information for the <br />Gunnison River within the corporate limits of the City of Delta, within unincorporated portions <br />of Delta County and within unincorporated portions of Mesa County, as they were in April 1996; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which is consistent with detailed floodplain information previously designated and approved by <br />Resolutions Nos. 79, 168,222, 93-339 and 93-340, as listed in Table 1, attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE I <br /> <br />Approximate FloodDlain Information Which Is Consistent With Detailed Information <br />Previouslv Designated bv Resolutions Nos. 79. 168.222. 93-339 and 93-340 <br /> <br />The Gunnison River from its confluence with the Colorado River upstream to a point approximately <br />3.15 miles upstream of that confluence <br /> <br />The Gunnison River from the crossing of the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad approximately <br />6 miles downstream of its confluence with the Uncompahgre River upstream to the crossing of U.S. <br />Highway at Delta approximately 1.4 miles upstream of its confluence with the Uncompahgre River <br />; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br />which is inconsistent with approximate floodplain information that has previously been designated <br />and approved by the Colorado Water Conservation Board by Resolutions Nos. 222 and 92-330, <br />as listed in Table 2, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 2 <br /> <br />Approximate Floodplain Information Which Is Inconsistent With Approximate Information <br />Previouslv Desil!Ilated bv Resolutions Nos. 222 and 92-330 <br /> <br />The Gunnison River from a point approximately 3.15 miles upstream of its confluence with the <br />Colorado River upstream to a point approximately 4.9 miles upstream of that confluence <br /> <br />The Gunnison River from the Mesa-Delta County line upstream to the crossing of the Denver and Rio Grande <br />Western Railroad approximately 6 miles downstream of its confluence with the Uncompahgre River <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes the following approximate floodplain information <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br />
