<br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information which revises, on the basis <br />of new topographic information and new hydraulic analyses, the approximate floodplain information <br />contained in Resolution No. 167 for the following stream reaches, as listed in Table 3, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />TABLE 3 <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Revises Previouslv Prepared Approximate Information <br />Which Wa5 Designated bv Resolution No. 167 <br /> <br />Meadow Creek from its mouth at Dillon Reservoir upstream approximately 800 feet, <br /> <br />Meadow Creek from the western corporate limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately 1000 <br />feet downstream of the crossing of Interstate 70, as that limit was on November 2, 1994, <br />upstream approximately 800 feet, <br /> <br />Tenmile Creek from the southwestern corporate limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately <br />at the confluence with North Tenmile Creek, as that limit was on November 2, 1994, <br />upstream approximately 1200 feet, <br /> <br />Miners Creek from the southeastern corporate limit of the Town of Frisco, approximately at <br />the confluence with Jug Creek, as that limit was on November 2. 1994. upstream <br />approximately 2400 feet, <br /> <br />The Blue River from its entrance to Dillon Reservoir upstream to its confluence with the <br />Swan River, <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />South Barton Glllch from a point approximately 800 feet upstream of its estimated <br />confluence with Middle Barton Gulch upstream to a point approximately 1500 feet upstream <br />of its crossing of American Road, <br /> <br />The Swan River from its confluence with the Blue River upstream to a point approximately <br />1000 feet downstream of its confluence with Gold Run Gulch, <br /> <br />French Gulch from the eastern corporate limit of the Town of Breckenridge, approximately <br />SO feet upstream of the crossing of Colorado Highway 9, as that limit was on November 2, <br />1994, upstream to a point approximately 2000 feet upstream of its crossing of Magnum <br />Bonum Drive, and <br /> <br />The Blue River from the southern corporate limit of the Town of Breckenridge, <br />approximately 300 feet downstream of the crossing of Broken Lance Drive, as that limit was <br />on November 2, 1994, upstream to the northern corporate limit of the Town of Blue River, <br />approximately 1200 feet upstream of the crossing of Colorado Highway 9; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes new detailed floodplain information for the following <br />stream reaches which had not previously been studied, as listed in Table 4, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />4 <br />
