<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report for the Town of Frisco dated November 2,1994 is consistent with said <br />new report for Summit County dated November 2, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report for Summit County dated November 2, 1994 includes detailed <br />floodplain information which is consistent with the detailed floodplain information contained in <br />Resolution No. 167 for the following stream reaches, as listed in Table I, attached hereto and by this <br />reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE I <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Is Consistent With Previouslv Prepared Detailed Information <br />Which Was Designated bv Resolution No. 167 <br /> <br />Soda Creek from a point approximately 400 feet downstream of the crossing of Summit <br />Drive upstream to a point approximately 400 feet upstream of that crossing, <br /> <br />The Snake River from its confluence with Keystone Gulch upstream to a point approximately <br />600 feet downstream of the crossing of the private road constructed by Keystone Resort, <br />roughly in the center of Section 24 in Range 77W, <br /> <br />The Snake River upstream of the crossing oftpeprivate road that is approximately 1400 feet <br />upstream of the confluence with the North Fc>rk Snake River, <br /> <br />Tenmile Creek upstream of a point approxim~tely 600 feet upstream of its confluence with <br />West T enmile Creek, and <br /> <br />West Tenmile Creek from its crossing of the western lanes of Colorado Highway 91 <br />upstream to a point approximately 800 feet u~stream of the crossing of Copper Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes detailed floodplain information which revises, on the basis <br />of new topographic information and new hydratllic analyses, the detailed floodplain information <br />contained in Resolution No. 167 for the following $tream reaches, as listed in Table 2, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein: <br /> <br />TABLE 2 <br /> <br />Detailed Information Which Revises Previouslv Prepared Detailed Information <br />Which Was Designated bv Resolution No. 167 <br /> <br />Meadow Creek from a point approximately 800 feet upstream of its mouth at Dillon <br />Reservoir upstream to the eastern corporate li",it of the Town of Frisco, approximately 1000 <br />feet downstream of the crossing of V,S, High",ay 6, as that limit was in November 1979 and <br />on November 2, 1994, <br /> <br />The Snake River from a point approximately 600 feet downstream of the crossing of the <br />private road constructed by Keystone Resort, roughly in the center of Section 24 in Range <br />77W, upstream to the crossing of the private road that is approximately 1400 feet upstream <br />of the confluence with the North Fork Snake River; and <br /> <br />3 <br />
