<br />the Blue River, <br />Straight Creek, <br />the Snake River, <br />the North Fork Snake River, <br />Soda Creek, <br />the Swan River, <br />South Barton Gulch, <br />West Tenmile Creek and <br />French Gulch; and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information for the following <br />streams, reservoirs and lakes: <br /> <br />Tenmile Creek, <br />North Tenmile Creek, <br />Meadow Creek, <br />Dillon Reservoir, <br />Ryan Gulch, <br />the Blue River, <br />the Snake River, <br />Soda Creek, <br />Reynolds Lake, <br />North Barton Gulch, <br />unnamed tributary to North Barton Gulch, <br />Middle Barton Gulch, <br />South Barton Gulch, <br />Uneva Lake, <br />Officers Gulch Pond, <br />Sawmill Gulch, <br />Illinois Gulch and <br />unnamed tributary to Tenmile Creek; and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a report entitled "Flood <br />Insurance Study, Town of Frisco, Colorado, Summit County", dated November 2 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report includes detailed floodplain information for Tenmile Creek, Tenmile <br />Creek Side Channell, Tenmile Creek Side Channel 2, the shallow flooding area resulting from overflow <br />from Tenmile Creek, Meadow Creek, Jug Creek, No Name Creek and Miners Creek and approximate <br />floodplain information for Dillon Reservoir within the corporate limits of the Town of Frisco, as they <br />were on November 2, 1994; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the Town of Frisco, by <br />Resolution No. 94-387, adopted on November 4, 1994, approved and designated the detailed floodplain <br />information included in said report and rescinded Resolution No. 158; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2 <br />
