Which Have Not Previouslv Been Studied

No Name Creek upstream of the southwest corporate limit of the Town of Frisco,
approximately 800 feet downstream of the township line between Township 5 South and
Township 6 South, as that limit was on November 2, 1994,

Jug Creek from its confluence with Miners Creek upstream approximately 100 feet,

Jug Creek in two short reaches upstream of itS confluence with No Name Creek and outside
of the corporate limits of the Town of Frisco, as those limits were on November 2,1994,

The North Fork Snake River from its confluence with the Snake River upstream
approximately 2400 feet,

South Barton Gulch upstream of a point approximately 1500 feet upstream of its crossing
of American Road, and

The Swan River from a point approximately 1000 feet downstream of its confluence with
Gold Run Gulch upstream to that confluence; and

WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information which is consistent
with the approximate floodplain information contained in Resolution No. 167 for the following stream
reaches, as listed in Table 5, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, for which
detailed hydrologic information is available:

Meadow Creek upstream of a point approximately 200 feet downstream of the crossing of
Interstate 70,

The Blue River from the southern corporate Ii",it ofthe Town of Silverthorne, approximately
600 feet north of the section line between Section 12 and Section 13, as that limit was on
November 2, 1994, upstream to the outlet of Dillon Reservoir,

Soda Creek from its mouth at Dillon Reservoir upstream to a point approximately 400 feet

downstream of the crossing of Summit Drive,
