All work <br />shall meet or exceed FEMA's requirements for HMGP application. Application information will <br />be provided by the CWCB to the Contractor. <br /> <br />Task 4 - Proposed (Alternative) Solutions: <br />The Contractor shall formulate at least 3 alternative plans to address flooding problems related to <br />the Wiley Drainage Ditch. The upstream study limit of the study reach will be at Highway 287 <br />located in Section 5, and the downstream study limit will be just downstream of the abandoned <br />railroad bridge located in Section 8.
